Broccoli – 0.5 kg
Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 5 tbsp
Onion – 1 pc.
Garlic – 2 cloves
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Yogurt (or cream for those who are not overweight) – 125 gr
Ground black pepper, nutmeg and salt to taste
Sugar, preferably dark – 1 tsp
Goat cheese polenza in white mold (Rulo de cabra) for serving – 150 gr

Broccoli will turn into a real delicacy and reveal all its wonderful beneficial properties without losing vitamins when steaming. So, we cook cabbage for a couple of 5 minutes, starting from the moment of boiling and the appearance of steam. Boiling water in the pan should not touch vegetables.

Next, make broccoli sauce. Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in olive oil until a pleasant golden color. Then we reduce the fire and add yogurt, lemon juice, sugar, all spices and salt to the onion. Stir for 3-5 minutes, not allowing the product to boil and curl, and then remove from the stove so that the sauce cools down and insists a little. Such a light and healthy sauce is very well suited for any vegetable dishes, successfully replaces mayonnaise. It can be used as a dip, that is, dunk fresh vegetables in it, season salads.

Stew steamed broccoli on a wide dish along with sliced ​​goat cheese, which is poured over a little with olive oil. The sauce is served separately in a gravy boat.
