21 Sep Preparing feet for a pedicure
Peeling of the skin of the feet at home should be done once every two weeks. In the summer, peeling should be done more often, since the skin of the feet dries faster – 1 time per week. After peeling, you can clean the heels and use nourishing creams and masks.
Mix sugar with olive oil to make a homogeneous mass. Sugar is impregnated instantly. This will be your leg scrub. Get a bath in which you can steam your legs in 5-10 minutes. Then wipe them dry with a towel. Apply a scrub and massage the skin of the feet for several minutes. Then you can wash off the scrub with warm water. Sugar will dissolve and the oil will absorb. If necessary, clean the heels with a grater or pumice.
