Condensed milk – 350 gr.

Cream 33% – 500 gr.

White rum – 30 gr.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 150 ml.

Basil leaves – 25 gr.

Lime zest – 7 g.

Cooking Technology:
Whip all ingredients except cream in a blender. Cream must be whipped separately with a mixer for about 5 minutes until such a state that they retain their shape. Then mix everything and put in the freezer until completely frozen, for 3 hours or more, it is better to just leave it overnight. When serving, you can garnish with a basil leaf for flavor.
