10 Aug Fruit sangria

August is the hottest month in Spain, when the consumption of cold beer and sangria increases significantly. Want to join? Then collect the following ingredients:

Rose wine – 300 ml

Mineral water – 200 ml

Mandarin – 2 pcs.

Plum – 5 pcs.

Apple – 2 pcs.

Pear – 1 pc.

Cinnamon – 3-4 sticks

Anadye – 2 stars

Sugar – 3-4 tablespoons

Cognac – 100 ml

Peppermint – 0.5 bunch (8 g)

Rinse and cut the apple and pear, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Fold the cut into a jug. Peel citrus peel and white fiber. Pieces also fold into a jug. Add ice, cinnamon and star anise. Wash the plums and remove the seeds from them, rinse the second apple and cut it into circles. Add everything to the bowl with washed mint leaves. In a separate container, mix wine with cognac, mineral water and sugar. Pour into a fruit jug and mix gently. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let the fruit give its taste and aroma to the drink. After that, your fruit sangria is ready to serve.
