16 Jun Green Gazpacho

Traditional Gazpacho you’ve probably already tried and even cooked. Now would you like some famous cold soup of Spanish cuisine made from green vegetables and herbs?

Prepare the ingredients:

Pepper sweet (green) – 2 pcs.

Cucumber – 3 pcs.

Avocado – 1 pc.

Celery stalk – 1 pc.

White bread (crumb) – 30 g

Fresh herbs (parsley, dill, cilantro) – 25 g

Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.

Salt – to taste

Black pepper (ground) – to taste

Olive oil – 1 tbsp.

Water – 70 ml

Peel the avocados by removing the peel and removing the bone. At peppers we will remove a seed box. Cut into slices of pepper, avocado, celery and cucumbers. Breadcrumb soak in a little water for a few minutes. In the bowl of the blender we will load the chopped vegetables, greens (possible with stalks), bread crumbs (slightly squeezed water), olive oil. Grind everything at high speed until smooth. Then season to taste with salt and pepper, add lemon juice and again all beaten. Green gazpacho is ready. It is desirable to cool before serving, and you can apply immediately by adding crushed ice.
