On a spring day this original Spanish salad will delight you on the table. Turn off the logic and go to buy:

Canned tuna – 150 g
Olives – 10 pcs.
Onion – 1 pc.
Chicken Egg – 1 pc.
Potatoes – 2-3 pcs.
Orange – 1 pc.
Olive oil – 2 tbsp.

Remove the peel from the orange and cut into cubes. Boil the potatoes and the egg, cool and peel. Cut potatoes into medium sized pieces. Egg cut into slices. Each olive cut into two parts, and the onion of small size cut into half rings. Put a layer of potatoes on a large flat dish, on top of an orange layer. Next put the canned fish. Top with fish, place the pieces of olives and onions. Carefully lay out the egg slices, salt the salad if desired and add spices, drizzle with butter.
