15 Feb Berry Sangria

For warming up, we just need it now, berry sangria! You can use frozen berries: strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and black currants. If you are completely frozen, you can add red pepper, but just a drop, otherwise your heart will pound.


Berries to taste – 250-300 g
Rose wine – 250 ml
Mineral water (carbonated to taste) – 300 ml
Cognac (brandy) – 100 ml
Mint – 0.5 bunches (8 g)
Cinnamon – 3-4 sticks
Badian – 2 stars
Sugar – 3 tbsp.

Rinse the berries, remove the tails from them and put them in a jug, cut the large specimens into pieces. Pour the sugar or add honey of any kind. Pour in rose or red wine, mineral water and cognac or brandy. Add the washed mint leaves and mix everything. Put cinnamon sticks and star anise, if you like spicy drinks. Pour the cooked berry sangria into portioned glasses or cups, decorate and treat your relatives. Adjust the strength of the drink to your liking.
