Ingredients:
Red sweet pepper ½ pcs.
Green sweet pepper ½ pcs.
Chorizo ​​2 pcs.
Baguette 1 pc.
Garlic 2 cloves
Red onion 1 pc.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 50 ml.
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

Baguette must be crumbled, sprinkled with water and set aside soak. Meanwhile, slice the red and green peppers. Then cut the chorizo ​​(or any smoked sausage that you like) into pieces 1 centimeter thick. Onion should be cut into half rings.

In a heated pan with olive oil, fry all the ingredients until they are crispy. After that, the vegetables with sausage should be removed, in the same oil, fry bread crumbs together in crushed garlic cloves on medium heat, they should also turn out crispy.
