For 6 portions of this fresh juicy salad you will need: 3 tomatoes, mix of lettuce leaves about 300 gr., 1 onion, 1 garlic, goat cheese Buche de Chevre 200 gr., Maestro de Oliva or Iberica olive oil 3 tablespoons, Iberica red wine vinegar 1,5 tablespoons, and also salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
For a start it is necessary to cook tomatoes. For that warm up an oven to 120 °C.
