The advantage of seafood is well-known to everyone who cares for the health. In particular, shrimps are a rich source of vitamins, the Omega-3 of acids and minerals. In addition to this, it is very low-calorie product therefore shrimps cream soup is very valuable and at the same time an easy dish.

Choosing ingredients for soup, give preference to fresh-frozen shrimps. You can choose shrimps of any size. For roasting use the refined Maestro de Oliva oil with a yellow label.

Ingredients of cream soup with shrimps:

1 onion
1 stalk of a celery
1 carrot
1,5 liters of fish broth
0,5 kg of the whole shrimps
200 ml. cream
White bread
50 ml. brandy
150 ml. white wine
2 tablespoons of the refined olive oil
Oregano

Peel vegetables and cut them small, then fry them with two tablespoons of olive oil on low heat. It is necessary to fry vegetables about 15 minutes. Add brandy, white wine and crude shrimps to this mix. Extinguish on low heat for 5-7 more minutes. Then it is necessary to take out the shrimps carefully, to clean them and to put away for a while. Add fish broth to a frying pan, add oregano and other spices to taste and bring to boiling. After that filter broth through a sieve, add some cream and a little crushed white bread to it. Bring to boiling the second time and again filter. The cleared shrimps are added to soup right at the end, serve this dish hot.
